It’s Important to note that referral tracking is based on browser cookies, so to make sure your referrals are correctly tracked, try to avoid the following:
Of course, if at any point you realise a sale hasn’t been tracked correctly you can always contact our referral platform provider at support@firstpromoter.com. The referral cookie life is 60 days. If a user purchases the product 60 days after the first referred visit, the conversion isn’t tracked. Referrals who sign up to Dux-Soup Turbo become customers after 7 days, as Dux-Soup offers a free 7 day trial for all new Turbo subscribers.
This section is all about your affiliate performance: how many clicks, signups, customers and commission is coming your way on a daily basis. You can also check out your performance details for the last 7 days, last 4 weeks, and last 6 months.
You can also review the top 10 referral URLs, sub-IDs and referrers.
Unlike many other affiliate schemes, you can earn commission on monthly and annual subscriptions for both the Dux-Soup Pro and Turbo products, and this commission continues on a recurring basis (whoop whoop)!
In the Rewards section, you can view and download your latest commission reports in a CSV file, to see just how much money, ‘dabbling’ with Dux-Soup can really make you!

All payouts are processed on the 15th of every month and we’ll email you when the transaction has been processed.
It’s important to make sure your clients use your links to guarantee your commission! If they sign up another way, you simply lose out! To combat this, if possible work with them at their computer and talk them through the process. If this isn’t possible, sign them up yourself using the referral link and then send an email with your client's sign up email addresses to info@dux-soup.com, so we can enable the commission (otherwise the purchase will be flagged as a self-referral).
